Beginners Yoga

This class is a registered workshop. You will learn all you need to know about connecting your body with you breath. Yoga is a breathing practice first. We will cover the intro to Sun Salutations, basic standing poses, balance, and gentle floor postures. We can provide a mat if you do not have one. Please wear comfortable clothes and be willing to learn one of the best things you can do for yourself. This class is non-refundable.
